In the event of practice or meet cancellation due to inclement weather a mass email will be sent. Please watch this website for up to date information on practice or meet cancellations.
We will not run in thunder or lightning, but may run in a light rain. Your child’s safety is our primary concern. Use your judgement as a parent on days with less than perfect weather, but if it’s safe we will usually run with whoever wants to.
CROSS COUNTRY:
NO DECISION ON THE CANCELLATION OF MEETS WILL BE MADE BEFORE 10 AM ON THE DAY OF THE MEET. THE DECISION TO CANCEL A CYO MEET IS MADE BY THE CROSS COUNTRY RULING HUNTA AND I HAVE NO INFLUENCE ON IT. AS SOON AS I KNOW SOMETHING I WILL MASS EMAIL AND POST THE INFORMATION. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME AT 4:15 AM AND ASK ME IF I THINK THERE WILL BE A MEET – I WILL BE GRUMPY.
